If you’ve watched Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, you probably remember the wild, headstrong swordsman wearing a boar’s head—Inosuke Hashibira.
His fearless, straight-into-battle style perfectly embodies the Japanese phrase “猪突猛進 (chototsu moushin)”, which means charging forward like a wild boar, headfirst and without hesitation.
如果你看過《鬼滅之刃》，一定對那位頭戴野豬頭套、全身肌肉緊繃、衝勁十足的劍士——嘴平伊之助印象深刻。
他那種不顧一切衝向敵人的氣勢，就是日語裡的**「猪突猛進（ちょとつもうしん）」**最生動的詮釋。
有趣的是，日本的十二生肖裡的「豬」，指的其實是野豬（いのしし），而不是家豬（ぶた）。
台灣和日本生肖循環相同，因此在亥年，街頭總能看到許多以「豬」為主題的賀年小物。
Interestingly, in Japan’s zodiac, the “boar” actually refers to a wild boar (いのしし), not a domestic pig (ぶた). Since Taiwan shares the same zodiac cycle, during the Year of the Boar, you’ll naturally see a lot of boar-themed New Year goodies.

This time, I picked up four special Year-of-the-Boar items. One even creatively connected wild boars to tonkotsu ramen: a memo pad that could be used as a note, bookmark, or hand-decorated planner accessory. Practical and cute all at once.

It’s said to originate from the samurai Tachibana Muneshige, who once led his troops through enemy lines like a wild boar crashing through the forest. Brave and unstoppable, this phrase now represents fearless determination and giving your all, especially as a New Year’s blessing.
不過，今年在日本最熱門的新年話題，卻是一句鼓舞人心的吉祥話——「猪突猛進」。
據說這個詞和戰國武將立花宗茂有關，他曾率領部隊如同山豬衝破樹林般直搗敵陣，勇猛無懼。雖然在戰場上，這種作風可能有點冒進，但在跨年賀詞中，它象徵的是全力以赴、不畏困難。
